Water is a non-renewable resources,groundwater is the important part for water cycle,plays a pivotal position for the national economy.According to the dynamic characteristics of groundwater in Baoding,it analyzes groundwater dynamic affected factors,puts forward measures to prevent groundwater level from falling and increase water used efficiency,strengthen significance and recommendations of the dynamic observations of groundwater.
