阿尔茨海默病文献计量分析研究

The investigation on bibliometrics of Alzheimer′s disease

目的 了解最近十年阿尔茨海默病 (AD)的研究现状和发展趋势。方法 利用生物医学光盘数据库 ,用主题词检索出 1989～ 1998年国内、外发表有关AD论文 ,应用文献计量学的方法对其进行统计分析研究。结果 检出国外论文 15 0 19篇 ,国内 6 95篇 ,文献呈逐年增长趋势 ;国内文献涉及 32个相关学科 ;列出了近 3年国内、外AD研究的前 12个热点 ;我国AD研究的科研力量主要分布在上海、北京、广东及东部地区。结论 AD有很好的研究前景 ;近 3年我国AD研究方向与国外接近 ,但个别方向稍滞后 ;AD研究与 5个学科密切相关。

Objective Explore the research trends and status of Alzheimer′s disease. Methods Analyzing the numbers of the thesis related with AD from 1989 to 1998 by bibliometrics. The data source were from CBMDisc and MEDLIN database by headings. Results 15 019 articles in foreign country and 695 articles in China were found out from the database. It was found that the number of articles on AD were increasing years by years. The articles in China were related with 32 subjects. The 12 research focus on AD in recent 3 years were listed. Most of researches were carried out in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangdong and in the east of China. Conclusion It suggested that research on AD has great prospect. The research focus on AD carried out in China were similar with western country in recent years. The main research subject related with AD were geratology, pharmacology, psychiatry, neuroscience, and biochemistry.
