陕西省水资源承载力研究

Study on Sustainable Carrying Capacity of Water Resources in Shaanxi Province

水资源承载力对一个国家或地区的综合发展和发展规模有着重要的影响[1]。水资源承载力涉及到人口、社会经济发展以及资源环境在内的诸多因素,本文通过对基于水资源负载指数的水资源开发利用潜力评价和基于人水关系的水资源承载力评价两个方面的内容实现对陕西省水资源承载力的综合评价。计算结果符合陕西省水资源实际情况,对陕西省水资源的可持续利用具有一定的现实指导意义。

The carrying capacity of water resources has an important impact on the comprehensive development and development scale of a region or country.it is a giant system,which is related to population,resources and environment,and socio-economic development.The article is based on two aspects appraisals which is development and utilization potential of the water resources load index＇s water resources and the carrying capacity based on relations between the person and water,according to the above mentioned,it realize the comprehensive evaluation of the carrying capacity of water resources in Shaanxi province.The calculated results complied with the actual situation of water resource in Shaanxi Province which is the practical guiding significance for the sustainable utilization of water resources this area.
