摘要
目的 探讨听觉事件相关电位(ERPs)及P300(又称P3波)地形图评价精神发育迟滞(MR)儿童认知功能的临床价值。方法 选择MR儿童31例为实验组,正常儿童39例为对照组。应用彩色脑诱发电位地形图仪,按常规方法检测ERPs各波的潜伏期、波幅及P3波地形图。结果 与对照组比较,MR儿童P3波潜伏期明显延长,波幅显著降低,P3波地形图Pz点功率值明显降低,头部电位趋于等电位分布。轻度MR组与重度MR组比较,P3波潜伏期及波幅均有显著性差异。结论 ERPsP3波潜伏期。
Objective To estimate the clinical values of event related potentials(ERPs) and P300(P3) topographic map in the evaluation of cognitive function in children with mental retardation(MR). Methods 31 children with MR were selected as experiment group and 39 normal children as control group. Latency and interamplitude of each peak and P3 topographic map were measured with color evoked response topographic recorder. Results Compared with normal controls, P3 latency at Pz in children with MR were apparently longer;P3 amplitude decreased significantly in children with MR; the power of P3 topographic map at Pz was decreased sigificantly, yielding a more nearly equipotential voltage distribution for the children with MR.P3 latency and amplitude showed that there were significant differences between the mild children with MR and severe children with MR.Conclusion P3 latency and amplitude of ERPs and P3 topographic map were rather sensitive objective indexes in estimating the cognitive function in children with MR.
