Emerging strategic industries are of great significance to promote industry level, market competitiveness, and pull the economy’s long-term and sustainable growth. Finance, as core of modern economy, can produce much catalytic effects to emerging strategic industries bigger and stronger. Through the investigation and research to Jilin province, it can be found that sport-strength of emerging strategic industries is continuously increasing, and financial products and service innovation is accelerating, but the internal and external factors restricting still need to be solved in many ways.
