Treatment of Chronic and Refractory Skin Ulcer of the Elders

目的 :由多种原因引起的老年人慢性顽固性皮肤溃疡 ,病程长 ,全身情况差 ,临床治疗颇为棘手。为了探索新的治疗方法 ,使创面尽快愈合。方法 :局部采用MEBO暴露疗法或包扎疗法 ,其治疗 2 1例。结果 :1 5例痊愈 ,4例创面肉芽生长良好后植皮愈合 ,2例好转后出院。有效率 1 0 0 %。结论 :MEBO治疗老年人慢性顽固性皮肤溃疡 ,安全易行 ,疗效满意 ,是一种较理想治疗方法 ,值得推广。

WT9.,10.25BZ]Objective: To explore new method for treating chronic and refractory skin ulcer of the elders. Method: Local application of MEBO using exposed or bandaging method. Results: 15 cases healed, 4 cases subject to skin grafting after granulation, 2 cases left the hospital after the cases were improved. Total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: MEBO is very effective for treating chronic and refractory skin ulcer of the elders. It is easy and safe and is worthy to be popularized. [WT9.,10.25HZ][
