The issue of evidence is not only the core issue of lawsuits but also the core issue of law enforcement for police.As public security organ is the collector of evidence,a study of the application of exclusionary rule of illegally obtained evidence is of practical significance to promote the implement and perfection of the rule and prevent public security organs from gaining illegal evidence.
