The paper describes how to effectively manage the quality testing and safety monitoring work of the large-scale key projects having tense schedule,heavy job,strict quality requirements, introduces the testing＆monitoring content and construction procedure in the project. High light the use of new technologies and new methods with the situations and characteristics of the engineering. Through the engineering practice ,some suggestions are put forward. Author hope that there are some valuable help to the similar engineering.
