摘要 目的减小直线电机由于外界影响而产生的定位误差,提高直线电机的定位精度和高速数控机床的加工性能.方法基于激光干涉仪的高精度测量性能,获取准确的直线电机定位误差值;利用UMAC的螺旋补偿功能及其特有的编程语言,通过建立螺旋误差表和编制程序对直线电机的定位误差进行实时的软件补偿.结果直线电机的平均定位精度提高了67.6%.结论 UMAC的补偿功能具有实际意义,通过UMAC的误差补偿功能及其补偿值的优化选取,可以提高直线电机的定位精度. In order to improve the positioning accuracy of the linear motor and the machining capability of high speed CNC,the positioning error of the linear motor need to be reduced.Based on the high precision measurement performance of laser interferometer,the accurate positioning error value was obtained.The positioning error caused by the external factor of linear motor in real time was compensated by software through establishing the helix error compensation table and programming based on the helix compensation function and typical programming language of UMAC.As the result of helix error compensation,the average positioning accuracy of the linear motor has raised by 67.6%.It shows,in this paper,that the positioning accuracy of the linear motor can be improved by the compensating function of UMAC and the optimal selection of its compensation value,which proves the valuable significance of the research.
