基于非线性有限元的桥墩防撞装置性能分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的为阻止船舶撞击桥墩,提出一种满足内河二级航道防护要求的钢套箱防撞装置.方法利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立船舶撞击钢套箱有限元模型,分析其碰撞过程中的损伤变形、能量变化和位移响应.结果碰撞过程基本满足能量守恒,船舶的总动能转化为钢板变形能、角钢变形能、碰撞摩擦能以及沙漏能.钢套箱通过变形和摩擦吸收了91.6%的碰撞动能,减少了碰撞过程中传到桥墩上的撞击力.仿真算法中沙漏能得到有效控制,确保了计算的精准度.结论钢套箱防撞装置能够抵御船舶的撞击而不被穿透,有效地起到保护桥墩的作用. In this paper,aiming for protecting the collision of ship to bridge pier,an anti-collision device named steel case to meet the requirement for protecting inland waterway is proposed.For analyzing the damage deformation,energy change and displacement response during the collision of ship,the finite element model of the ship impacting the steel case is simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The computation results show that the process of collision is in accord with conservation of energy basically.The total kinetic energy of the ship is converted to the deformation energy of steel plates and angle steel,friction energy and hourglass energy.During the collision,91.6% of the kinetic energy is absorbed by deformation and friction of the steel case,which reduces the force of impaction to the bridge pier from the collision.Meanwhile,the hourglass energy is controlled efficiently in simulation algorithm,which shall ensure the computational precision.We can draw the conclusion that the anticollision device of steel case could not be penetrated through for withstanding the collision of ship,which could effectively protect the pier.
