摘要 目的设计一种标准节的吊具,解决导架爬升式升降工作平台的标准节在安装过程中的传统吊绳捆绑这一方法的不足.方法利用solidworks建模,对其进行可行性分析并利用AN-SYS结构分析功能进行有限元分析,通过吊具的实用性及其强度的计算,同时对标准节吊具进行改进设计,使得吊具更为优化.结果通过计算得出,采用加强方管其最大应力为77.6 MPa,满足工作要求,为标准节吊具的设计提供依据.结论确保了结构的可靠性,验证了计算机辅助设计和优化吊具的可行性和高效性. The article aimed to design a special lifting device to solve the shortcomings in a traditional method for lifting cord rope during the lifting the standard mast section of the mast-climbing work platform.The research models the structure with Solidworks software and analyzes the related feasibility and the finite element using the ANSYS.Through the practicality and stress intensity calculations,it provides a theoretical basis for the designing of the special lifting device.The result shows that the maximum stress of the enforced square pipe is 77.6 MPa which meets the requirement in working condition and ensures the reliability of the structure and verifies the feasibility and efficiency of computer-aided design in the special lifting device improved design progress.
