摘要
目的 :探讨视网膜电图 (electroretinogram ,ERG)和视觉诱发电位 (visualevokedpotential,VEP)对视网膜静脉分枝阻塞 (branchretinalveinocclusion ,BRVO)检测的意义。方法 :根据眼底荧光血管造影 (fundusfluoresceinangiography ,FFA)将BRVO分为缺血型 (hemorrhagicretinopathy,HR)与非缺血型 (venousstasisretinopathy ,VSR)。ERG检查测a、b波峰时、振幅 ,振荡电位 (oscillatorypotentials,OPs)各子波峰时和振幅及各子波总振幅。VEP检查测P10 0 波潜时和振幅。结果 :BRVO缺血型a、b波峰时延迟 ,b波振幅降低 ,OPs总振幅亦降低 ,VEPP10 0 波潜时延迟振幅降低 ,并且与BRVO非缺血型、正常对照组比较有显著性差异。结论 :ERG、OPs、VEP多项检查更有助于对BRVO分型 。
To explore the clinical value of ERG and VEP in BRVO.According to fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA),BRVO is divided into two types:ischemic and non ischemic.All of the patients were examined by ERG and VEP.We recorded some data as follows:amplitudes of the b wave、a wave and OPS;peak times of the b wave and a wave;latencies and amplitudes of P 100 The amplitudes of the a wave,b wave,OPS and P 100 were decreased.The difference between ischemic and non ischemic RBVO was very significant.ERG,VEP,OPS are very important for differentiation of BRVO.The decrease of amplitudes is used as an important index for ischemic BRVO.
