思想政治理论课实践教学的积极作用不可替代,但目前仍存在一些制约思想政治理论课实践教学有效实施的问题:实践教学计划流于形式,落实不到实处;实践教学的组织管理缺乏规范;实践教学的经费和基地缺乏保障;没有建立相应的评价体系。针对以上存在的问题,必须找到切这可行的解决问题的方法。

Ideological and political theory has an active role inpractical teaching.But there are still some constraints of ideological and political theory courses teaching the effective implementation of the problem： the practical teaching programis just a form,organization and management of practical teaching lack standards;the funding and base lack protection,corresponding evaluation system is not established.The above analysis of the causes of the problems can help find solutions to problems.
