教学方法改革是教学改革的重点与难点,是一项系统工程。要深化教学方法改革,必须构建强有力的支持、保障体系。这一体系既包括树立现代教学理念的思想保障、健全完善科学机制的政策保障、增强教师队伍综合素质的队伍保障,又包括加强学风建设、改革考试方式、加大经费投入等条件保障和切实加强领导的组织保障。构建并实施教学方法改革的支持保障体系是深化教学方法改革、突破教学方法改革这一难点的重要举措和关键。

Teaching methods reform is important and difficult,is a systematic project.To deepen the reform of teaching methods,we must build a strong support,security system.It includes the thoughts guarantee to establish a modern teaching idea,policy guarantee to perfect the mechanisms,and the team guarantee to enhance the overall quality of teachers.It also includes strengthening the style of study,reforming examination method,and increaseing funding to protect and strengthen the leadership and organization and support.
