安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者的双期矫正

The two-phase correction for class-division patients

目的 探讨应用双期矫正的方法 ,对下颌后缩引起的安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者进行矫治效果 ;方法Ⅰ期矫正采用activator,Ⅱ期矫正采用方丝弓矫正方法。结果 双期矫治中Ⅰ期治疗改善了上下颌骨间 ,牙齿与颌骨间以及侧貌软组织的关系 ,从而使Ⅱ期矫治的难度降低 ,疗效提高。结论 双期矫治对下颌后缩的错颌有明显疗效 ,能获得较好的软组织侧貌。

Objective A research on the correction effects for class division patients caused by mandible backwards through using the two phase correction method. Methods Adopting activator methods in first phase, and Edge wise method in second phase . Results In first phase,two phase correction cure can improve the relation ships between maxilla and mandible, teeth and jaw bone, as well as side face of soft tissue. In second phase, therefore, its difficulties can be reduced and the curative effects improved. Conclusions To use two phase correction method canobtain evident curative effects and better side face of soft tissue for jaw bone backwards malocclusion.
