镇咳药咳安片临床疗效评价

CLINICAL EVALUATION OF COAN TABLETS ON COUGH RELIEF

目的··:考察咳安片的临床止咳、祛痰效果及不良反应。方法··:采用咳安片与可桔片进行对照试验 ,治疗急性支气管炎或慢性支气管炎急性发作伴有中度以上咳嗽患者各30例。结果·· :咳安片镇咳临床控制率为30.0% ,显效率为63.3 %。不良反应主要有头晕、胃不适等 ,发生率很低 ,表现轻微。结论··:咳安片具有确切的镇咳祛痰效果及良好的安全性。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reaction of Coan tablets. Method: The controlled clinical trial of Coan tablets and compound codeine platycodon tablets was performed. There were 30 cases with moderate-to-severe coughs due to acute bronchitis or acute stage of chronic bronchitis in each group. Result: Its clinical control rate was 30.0%,marked effective rate was 63.3%.The major adverse drug reactions of Coan tablets were discomfort in stomach, constipation, dizziness, etc, and its incidence was low, and symptom was lighter. Conclusion: Coan tablets are effective for relieving cough and reducing sputum. It is safe in clinical use.
