摘要
因过度采挖导致天然冬虫夏草资源日趋匮乏,面对不断增长的实际需求,人工冬虫夏草培植及菌丝体发酵的开发成为趋势。笔者通过对冬虫夏草无性型确证、人工培植开发、有效成分分析和菌丝体发酵等研究现状进行概述,以阐明冬虫夏草菌丝体发酵的应用前景。
Natural resources of CORDYCEPS become gradually reducing due to over-excavation, and because the requirement growing increasingly, thus it has become a trend for artificial culture of CORDYCEPS and mycelium fermentation. Moreover, through summarizing the research status about the identification of the anamorph, artificially propagated development, culture and mycelium fermentation, to clarify the application prospects of mycelium fermentation of CORDYCEPS.
