胡瓜鱼鳋在短颌鲚鳃上分布的生态学研究

Ecological Study on the Distribution of Ergasilus hypomesi on the Gills of Coilia brachygnathus

[目的]揭示胡瓜鱼鳋在短颌鲚鳃上的分布规律。[方法]调查不同大小短颌鲚上胡瓜鱼鳋的数量,研究胡瓜鱼鳋在短颌鲚鳃上的分布规律。[结果]宿主短颌鲚的体长与胡瓜鱼鳋的感染数量之间没有相关关系。胡瓜鱼鳋的感染率和丰盛度在不同大小的宿主中有显著性差异,以鱼长24.0～27.0 cm宿主鳃上较高。胡瓜鱼鳋在短颌鲚左、右两侧鳃上的分布符合1∶1的比例,但是在4片鳃上的分布分别占总虫数的46%、26%、18%和10%,第一片鳃上的分布最多。胡瓜鱼鳋在寄主种群中呈聚集分布,其聚集强度在不同大小的宿主中有显著性差异。[结论]该研究为胡瓜鱼鳋的种群生物学研究和寄生虫群落研究提供了资料。

[ Objective ] The study aimed to reveal the distributing regularity of Ergasilus hypomesi on the gills of Coilia brachygnathus. [ Method]The amount of E. hypomesi on different size of C. brachygnathus was investigated to study the distribution laws of E. hypomesi on the gills of C. brachygnathus. [Result] The body length of C. brachygnathns （host） had no correlativity with the infected amount of E. hypomesi. The infection rate and abundgnce of E. hypomesi had significant difference among different sizes of host, which was higher on the gills of host with the body length of 24.0- 27.0 cm. The distributed amount of E. hypomesi on the both sides of C. brachygnathus was equal and the distributed amount on the four gills in total parasite amount were 46% ,26%, 18% and 10% respectively. And the distribuition on the first gill of the hosts was the most. E. hypomesi showed the aggregated distribution in the host population and the aggregated intensity had significant difference in different sizes of hosts. [ Conclusion ] The research provided data for the population biology study and parasite community research of E. hypomesi.
