城镇化进程中失地农民的利益保障问题研究——以河南洛阳为例

Study on Interest Protection of Land-lost Farmers during Urbanization Process

介绍了河南农民的失地情况,分析了失地农民社会保障存在的问题,并对保障失地农民生活和生存权益提出了相应建议,以期为解决今后城镇化进程中失地农民的利益保障问题提供参考。

The land-lost condition of Henan farmers was introduced and problems in social security for land-lost farmers were analyzed, what＇ s more, the corresponding suggestions for guaranteeing the life of land-lost farmers and survival rights were proposed to provide references for the interest protection of land-lost farmers during future urbanization process.
