农村居民点整理潜力测算与释放对策研究——以左权县拐儿镇为例

Study on Potential Estimation and Release Countermeasures of Rural Residential Land

以左权县拐儿镇为例,构建了"分区归总"的农村居民点潜力测算新方法:以地理特征和人口现状为标准对农村居民点进行区域划分,筛选农村居住和非居住用地潜力构成要素,并运用不同模型分别测算潜力,最后整合得到总潜力。运用权重比较法分析农村居民点潜力释放类型,针对不同潜力释放类型特点提出相应的农村居民点潜力释放对策。

Taking the case of Guai＇ er Town Zuoquan County,the paper puts forward a new potentiality calculation method （ regions partition and summing up the potentiality） ：firstly,rural residential land was divided based on the geography and population; secondly, the potentiality elements of the rural residential, land and un-residential land were chosen to calculate the potentiality separately by using different models ; finally, sum up the two types of potentiality to obtain the total potentiality. Using weight comparative law to analyze and compare the weights of different types of potentiality, we know the potentiality release of Guai＇ er Town is effortless, an~ eontraposing the characters of the different types,we present the corresponding consolidation countermeasures for the rural residential areas.
