Study on Rural Financial Service Innovation under New Situation

介绍了农村金融服务存在的问题,分析了农村金融的理念转变,即农村金融服务创新必须转变用静止不变的眼光看待农村金融市场的观念,转变用城市金融的思维开展农村金融服务的思想,转变纯粹用市场方式去处理农村金融问题的作法,转变用单项指标来考量农村金融绩效的评价方式,提出了积极创新微型金融管理技术、农村金融产品、金融服务渠道、服务组织形式的建议。

Problems in rural financial service were introduced, and conception transition of rural financial was analyzed, namely, rural financial service innovation must change with static unchanged view of rural financial market ideas, change with city financial thinking on rural financial service thought, change with the market way to deal with pure rural financial problems, change with the practice of single index to think of rural financial performance appraisal way, put forward the suggestions that we should positively innovate micro-financing management technology, rural finance products, financial services channels and service organization form.
