摘要
立足于高校旅游人才赴农村就业的素质现状分析,提出了提升其素质结构的对策化建议。
By analyzing the actual quality of the graduates in colleges to serve the new rural areas construction, the suggestions and countermeasures for improving the quality structure were put forward.
