Research on the Problems in Talent Training of Agricultural and Forestry Universities and Their Solutions

通过分析目前农林院校教育中存在的问题,从更新教师理念,构建合理的程体系,进行课程改革、分类培养,课程实施几方面,提出了多样化的人才培养建议。

Through analyzing present education problems in agricultural and forestry universities, some suggestions were proposed on diversifled talent training from establishing reasonable curriculum system, carrying out curriculum reform, classified training and curriculum implementation.
