差示双波长法测定复方酮康唑乳膏中酮康唑的含量

Contents of ketoconazole in the compund ketoconazole Cream with Double wavelength Differential spectrophotometry

目的：建立新的复方酮康唑乳膏的含量测定方法。方法：改进提取方法，并将双波长紫外分光光度法和差示紫外分光光度法结合起来测定酮康唑含量。结果：得到标准曲线Ｃ（ｍｇ·Ｌ－１）＝４８．３０９ˉＡ－０．２４６４，（ｒ＝０．９９９９）。平均回收率为９８．５１％，ＲＳＤ为１．２４％。结论：该方法重现性好，操作简便，可用于复方酮康唑乳膏的质量控制。

Aim To determine the contents of ketoconazole in its cream preparation.Methods Differential and Double-wavelength spectra method were selected.At the same time ,the extraction was improved.Result There was linear between the contents of ketoconazole and the difference of absorption at wavelength 245.5nm and 265.3nm .Average recovery was 98.51% and RSD 1.24%.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate, which can be used to control the quality of compound ketoconazole cream.
