摘要
本文从车削的特点出发。根据颤振理论,分析了三维动态车削中影响颤振的主要因素,提出了描述车削颤振的适应性建模方向并建立了动态车削过程的非线性数学模型。本文所建模型反映出的有关车削颇振的规律性与车削颤振实验结果取得了良好的一致性,为阐明车削颤振机理及其在线监控提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the adapting modcl direction of drawing turning chatter is suggested and the non-lincar mathemationcal model of thrcc-dimcrsional dynamic turning process is put based on analysis of the main factor about turning chatter. The regularitu dcpicted by the modcl consist with the results of actual cutting experiments. It providcs the thcoretical basis for expounding turning chatter machanism and on-linc monitored control.
