摘要
疤痕子宫妊娠时,孕囊着床于切口周围易合并胎盘植入,多普勒超声有较好的临床诊断价值,可根据植入面积及深度、出血量等情况行保守治疗或根治性手术,但应避免大出血,尽量保留生育功能。本文报道1例疤痕子宫妊娠合并胎盘植入,并结合文献复习,探讨其诊治方法。
The gestational sac implanted near the cesarean scar in the uterus was easily complicated with placenta accreta.Doppler ultrasound had a good clinical diagnostic value.It can be treated by conservative method or radical operation according to the area and depth of the placenta accreta as well as the volume of bleeding.Massive hemorrhage should be avoided and reproductive function should be kept as possible.A case of scarred uterine pregnancy complicated with placenta accreta was reported,combined with literature review,diagnosis and treatment of this disease were discussed.
