妇炎康治疗慢性盆腔炎的实验研究

Experimental study of Fuyankang on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的观察妇炎康对混合菌液致大鼠慢性盆腔炎的治疗作用。方法采用混合菌液注入大鼠子宫造成大鼠慢性盆腔炎,比较各组动物血液流变学指标,并对子宫组织进行病理组织学检查。结果造模后灌胃给药20d,模型组大鼠子宫黏膜上皮坏死变性,纤维结缔组织增生,形成粘连、包块为主。全血黏度、血浆黏度等血液流变学指标异常升高;妇炎康可不同程度改善子宫病理改变,并使血液流变学指标显著改善。结论采用混合菌液注入大鼠子宫可造成大鼠慢性盆腔炎模型。妇炎康对混合菌液致大鼠慢性盆腔炎有显著的治疗作用。

Objective To study the effect of Fuyankang on hemorheology in rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease（CPID）,to approach the pathogeny of CPID and the treatment effect of Fuyankang. Methods The models of CPID were made by injection of bacterial mixture solution directly into uterus in rats,hemorheology index of each group were compared and uterus samples were histological examined under microscope. Results The viscosity of whole blood and viscosity of plasma were heightened abnormally in model rats, and with fibrous desmoplasia in histomorphology which form syncretio and lump mainly,Fuyankang reduced the viscosity of whole blood and relieved pathological changes in uterus. Conclusion The model of CPID in rats can be made by injecting bacterial mixture solution,Fuyankang can ameliorate hemorheology in rat swith CPID.
