ROU患者外周血中精氨酸酶含量的表达与其严重性的相关性研究

Expression of arginase and the level of severity of ulcers in the peripheral blood of ROU patients and their correlation

目的通过观察复发性口腔溃疡患者外周血精氨酸酶含量的变化,探讨复发性口腔溃疡发病的相关因素。方法选择复发性口腔溃疡患者作为实验组,健康者人作为对照组,收集新鲜外周血,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定各组精氨酸酶含量。结果实验组患者血浆精氨酸酶含量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且精氨酸酶的含量与溃疡的严重程度成正相关(r=0.99,P<0.05)。结论复发性口腔溃疡患者外周血精氨酸酶含量表达异常,可能在ROU的发生发展中发挥了一定的作用。

Objective To investigate the level of arginase in the peripheral blood of ROU patients and the mechanism of recurrent oral ulcers.Methods The peripheral blood was obtioned from patients and controls,ELISA was used to detect the level of Arginase.Results The patients with ROU were signifiantly higher than the healthy control group(P < 0.05),and arginase was correlated positively with the level of severity of ulcers.Conclusion The expression of arginase in the peripheral blood of ROU patients plays an important role in the development of ROU.
