中国智慧跨文化传播的“中国腔调”——林语堂“译出”策略的哲学思考

The Cross-cultural Dissemination of the Chinese Wisdom with "Chinese tune-pattern"——A Perspective of Philosophy of Lin Yutang's C-E Translation

本文通过对林语堂汉英翻译过程中"异化"策略从形式、理据到意义的多维考察,全面探讨了林语堂哲学翻译中的翻译哲学,即中国智慧跨文化传播中的"中国腔调"。"异化"翻译策略真实地再现了中国语言文化从表层结构、思维习惯到文化心理等诸多特质,"忠实"地传播了原文的"差异性"特征,从而不但为世界文化的多元化填补了一个中国文化元素,同时也为英语语言的发展提供了一个来自中国的语言因子。

The present paper explores Lin Yutang＇s ＂sinicization＂ in Chinese-English translation from the dimensions of its strategies,motivation and significance,discusses the ＂Chinese element＂ in Lin＇s disseminating of the Chinese wisdom and puts forth the conclusion of ＂Chinese tune-pattern＂ after the exploration of Lin Yutang＇s translation philosophy,which is necessary for the diversity of the weastern culture and the development of the English language as well.
