摘要
[目的]对天津野生黄伞菌株进行初步分类鉴定。[方法]利用酯酶同工酶技术对4个野生菌株、7个引入黄伞菌株及1个滑菇菌株进行聚类分析。[结果]12个菌株共检出22条酶带,11种酶谱类型。黄伞菌株具有共同特征谱带,且遗传多样性丰富。菌株分为3大类群,天津野生黄伞聚为一个类群,亲缘关系相近,而与其他菌株的亲缘关系相对较远。[结论]为黄伞种质鉴定、资源保护和育种提供参考。
[Objective]The aim of the study was to classify and identify the Tianjin wild Pholiota adipose strains preliminarily.[Method]The esterase isoenzyme technology and cluster analysis were used to study 12 strains,including 4 wild strains of Tianjin,7 commercial Pholiota adipose strains and 1 Pholiota nameko(Ito) et Imai.[Result]There existed great diversity among Pholiota adiposa strains,and all the strains had common characteristic zymogram bands.Twenty-two bands were observed and there were 11 zymogram types in all tested strains.Pholiota adiposa strains were clusted into 3 groups.Four Tianjin wild strains were clused in one group,suggesting they had closer genetic relationship than the strains from other areas.[Conclusion]The study provided preference for germplasm identification,resource protection and breeding of Pholiota adipose.
