摘要
[目的]筛选出适宜三峡库区寒冬季节中华蚊母扦插的萘乙.吲丁浓度,为人工栽培提供理论依据。[方法]在寒冬季节采用不同浓度的萘乙.吲丁对中华蚊母插条进行处理,并进行扦插试验。[结果]用浓度为250 mg/kg萘乙.吲丁处理后的中华蚊母枝条成活率达到85%,与其他处理有0.05水平显著差异。[结论]浓度为250 mg/kg萘乙.吲丁是提高寒冬季节三峡库区中华蚊母扦插成活率的生长调节剂。
[Objective]The research aimed to select suitable concentration of naphthalene B·D for Three Gorges mosquito cutting to provide the theoretical basis for the artificial cultivation.[Method]With different concentrations of naphthalene B·D to treat small cuttings of Chinese mosquito processing,and cutting tests were conductd in the winter seasons.[Result]With a treatment of 250 mg/kg naphthalene B·D,survival rate of Chinese mosquito branch reached 85%,and it had a significant difference with the other treatments.[Conclusion]250 mg/kg naphthalene B·D could improve the survival rate of Chinese mosquito cuttings in Three Gorges reservoir area in winter seasons.
