摘要
[目的]为粘毛黄芩种质保存和工厂化繁育提供理论依据。[方法]以粘毛黄芩无菌苗的幼茎为外植体,MS为基本培养基,分别对其进行启动、丛生芽及生根培养,建立粘毛黄芩离体培养再生体系。[结果]粘毛黄芩最佳丛生芽诱导培养基MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L,丛生芽分化率可达94.8%,平均丛生芽倍增数为11.6;试管苗生根培养基以1/2 MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L最好,生根率高达97.8%。[结论]该研究建立了粘毛黄芩的快速、高效无性繁殖体系。
[Objective]To provide theoretical basis for the germplasm cryopreservation and factory propagation of Scutellaria viscidula Bunge..[Method]With the tender stems of Scutellaria viscidula Bunge as explants and MS as basic medium for their starting,shoots and rooting culture,the regeneration system for its in vitro culture was constructed.[Result]The optimal induction medium for Scutellaria viscidula shoots was 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2 mg/L IAA,the average differentiated rate of shoots was 94.8% with the average reproduction multiples of 11.6;the best rooting culture medium was 1/2MS + IAA 0.5 mg/L,with the highest rooting rate of 97.8%.[Conclusion]The study established a rapid and high-efficient asexual regeneration system for Scutellaria viscidula Bunge.
