摘要
[目的]研究不同处理方式对文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifoliaBunge)发芽及出苗的影响。[方法]探讨混沙层积处理、干藏处理和低温处理3种不同贮藏方式及不同浸种温度对文冠果种子发芽率、发芽势的影响,并研究了不同播种时间对文冠果出苗率的影响。[结果]3种贮藏方式对文冠果种子的发芽势有影响,但对发芽率基本没有影响。浸种温度在20~50℃时文冠果种子均可萌动发芽,且随着浸种温度的升高,发芽率没有显著差异,但发芽势却有随之加快和提高的趋势。春季种子催芽浸种时50℃为最佳浸种温度,发芽率可以达到100%,发芽势也处于最佳状态。春季和秋季播种对文冠果出苗率没有明显影响。[结论]该研究可以为文冠果种子的冬季贮藏方式、发芽浸种温度及播种时间的确定提供参考。
[Objective]The aim was to study the effects of different treatment ways on germination and seedling emergence of X.sorbifolia Bunge seeds.[Method]The effects of 3 storage ways,stratification storage with mixed sand,dry storage and low temperature storage,and different soaking temperature on germination rate and germination energy of X.sorbifolia Bunge seeds,and the effects of different sowing time on its seedling emergence rate were studied.[Method]The results indicated that different storage method significantly affected the germination energy of X.sorbifolia Bunge seeds,but had negligible effects on the germination rate.The X.sorbifolia Bunge seeds could sprout when the soaking temperature was 20-50 ℃.The germination rate X.sorbifolia Bunge seeds in different soaking temperature showed no significant difference from each other,while its germination energy improved with the temperature increased.50 ℃ was the most suitable temperature for the germination rate and energy of X.sorbifolia Bunge seeds in Spring.Under this temperature its germination rate could reach 100%,and its germination energy was in optimum state.The difference of germination rate between sowing in Spring and Autumn was not significant.[Conclusion]The study can provide reference for confirming storage way in Winter,soaking temperature of germination and sowing time of X.sorbifolia Bunge.
