摘要
[目的]研究大鲵皮肤、黏液、肉粉和脂肪的抑菌效果。[方法]用80%甲醇水溶液分别浸提大鲵粘液、皮肤及肉粉获取提取物,用乙醚萃取大鲵油。采用滤纸片扩散法,研究大鲵4种提取物对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌作用。[结果]大鲵皮肤浸提物对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌有较强的抑菌作用,而对大肠杆菌无抑制作用。大鲵黏液、大鲵肉粉、大鲵油对4种菌的抑制作用均不显著。[结论]大鲵的主要抗菌部位为皮肤。
[Objective]The research aimed to study on the antibacterial effects of the skin,mucus,meat meal and fat of Andrias davidianus Blanchard.[Method]The antibacterial components were extracted from the mucus,skin and meat meal of A.davidianus with 80% methanol solution and oil extracts was extracted with aether.By filter paper diffusion method,the antibacterial effects of 4 kinds of extracts from A.davidianus on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella and E.coli were studied.[Result]The extracts from the skin of A.davidianus had stronger inhibition on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella,but they had no antibacterial effect on E.coli.The mucus,meat meal and oil of A.davidianus had no significant inhibition on 4 kinds of bacteria.[Conclusion]The skin is the main antimicrobial part of A.davidianus.
