摘要
[目的]探讨Al3+对蚯蚓和家兔乙酰胆碱酯酶的毒性。[方法]通过体外试验,分别研究了Al3+对蚯蚓乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和家兔脑部AChE的毒力(IC50)和双分子速率Ki的影响。[结果]Al3+对蚯蚓AChE和家兔脑部AChE的IC50分别为5.4和4.2 mmol/L;4.2mmol/LAl3+对家兔大脑AChE的双分子速率Ki值为5.4mmol/LAl3+对蚯蚓AChE双分子速率Ki值的1.02倍,表明家兔脑部AChE对A l3+的敏感性较蚯蚓AChE对Al3+的敏感性强。[结论]为从整个动物界层面阐明铝对AChE的毒性性质以及利用AChE快速检测铝的污染提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to study the toxicity of aluminum on acetylcholinesterase(AChE) of earthworm and habit.[Method] The toxicity of aluminum on AChE of habit brain and earthworm were evaluated in vitro.[Result] AChE activities were depressed significantly by concentration ranges of Al3+.The IC50 values of Al3+ on AChE activity of earthworm and habit brain were 5.4 and 4.2 mmol/L,respectively.The bimolecular rate constant(Ki) of 4.2 mmol/L Al3+ on AChE of habit brain was 1.02 times more than that of 5.4 mmol/L Al3+ on AChE of earthworm,which suggested that AChE from habit brain has higher sensitivity to Al3+ than that of earthworm.[Conclusion] The research provides theoretical basis for clarifying the toxicity of aluminum on AchE from the whole of animal life layer and fastly determining the pollution of aluminum by AchE.
