摘要
介绍了大秦岭地区的地理概况及水资源状况,并分析了陕西秦岭地区资源保护和发展中存在的问题、措施和政策;在此基础上,提出建议国家级生态示范区是大秦岭保护与发展的必由之路。
The geological situation and water resources in Big Qinling Mountains were introduced.The problem,counter-measures and policies in the protection and development of resources in Big Qinling Mountains were expounded.Based on this,it was proposed that the construction of national ecological demonstration area was the only way protection and development of Qinglin.
