An Effective Way to Promote Land Circulation in Lujiang County

立足于庐江县农村土地流转的现状,在分析土地流转存在问题的基础上,创造性地提出以开展土地信托来促进土地流转、实现规模经营的建议,并就土地信托流转的法律基础、相对优势及其运作模式进行论述,为相关部门制定政策和采取措施提供新的思路。

Some useful exploring in Land circulation had been made in Lujiang County,Anhui Province in recently years.Although it had got some preliminary achievements,there were still some problems that can＇t be neglected.Based on the present condition of land circulation in Lujiang,the existing problems in land use and circulation were discussed,and a conception of rural land trust circulation in a creative way was proposed.The advantages were analyzed and an operation model was constructed at the same time.Finally,the relevant department should supply new ideas to formulate policies and take measures.
