摘要
[目的]研究茉莉花茶提取物降低卷烟气中有害成分。[方法]评价卷烟的感官指标、物理指标和化学指标的变化。[结果]与对照烟相比,添加茉莉花茶提取物的卷烟在香气、刺激性、协调性、杂气和余味等感官指标上有较大改善;在重量、吸阻、圆周、园度和硬度等物理指标上无明显变化;在焦油、一氧化碳、烟碱、苯酚、苯并[a]芘和巴豆醛等化学指标上均有所降低。[结论]茉莉花茶提取物对降低卷烟气中有害成分有一定的效果。
[Objective] The aim was to study extract from jasmine tea to reduce the harmful ingredient in cigarette smoke.[Method]Changes were evaluated by sensory index,physical index and chemical index in cigarette.[Result]In contrast with related cigarettes,the cigarettes added in extract from jasmine tea was improved on fragrance,throat irritation,harmoniousness,mixed gas and aftertaste,resembled at weight,resistance,roundness and rigidity,and reduced at tar,carbon monoxide,nicotine.[Conclusion]Extract from jasmine tea was efficient to reduce the harmful ingredient in cigarette smoke.
