摘要
以东海村镇银行为例,研究农村小型金融机构的管理和发展,基于实地调研的基础上,从村镇银行经营的"三性"原则角度,分析了村镇银行的发展状况及影响其发展的因素,并提出了相应的政策建议。
With the banks in Donghai County for example,the management and development of small-scale rural financial institutions were studied,based on the field survey and the three management principles of rural banks,their development status and factors were analyzed and some political suggestions were proposed.
