郑州防洪减灾水文信息预警系统设计

摘要 为了加快郑州区域防洪减灾工作的自动化进程,提高水利部门的信息化建设水平,对郑州区域防洪减灾预警保障体系及关键技术进行了研究,建立了综合通信系统模型,开发了基于Delphi的水文信息预警系统软件.根据基层测站数据管理的现状,考虑了监测数据的数量大、时段长等特点,以Windows系统作为开发平台,使用SQL Server 2005关系型数据库作后台支持.该系统软件经测试,具有查询方便、安全保密性好、用户界面友好、容易操作等优点,可为水利部门的相关工作提供技术支撑. In order to speed up the automatic work process of flood control and disaster alleviation in Zhengzhou area,and improve the level of information technology of water conservancy departments,the flood control and disaster alleviation warning security system and the key technology were studied.Thus,an integrated communication system model was established,and a hydrological information warning system based on Delphi was designed.According to primary data management status,the system software was developed through considering monitoring data with features of the large amount and long time,using Windows system as the platform,taking SQL Server 2005 as supporting relation database.The software finally passed the test and was proved to have the advantages of convenient query,security well,friendly interface for users,and easy operations.It could provide the technical supports for the water conservancy department.
