改性木质素助凝剂的制备与应用

摘要 木质素先经过戊二醛改性,进行羟醛缩合反应,再与自制季铵盐单体进行接枝反应,得到改性木质素助凝剂.通过正交实验法,找到其最佳生产工艺,再与聚合氯化铁(PFS)进行复配,找到其最佳配比.结果表明:当投加PFS的体积分数为0.15 mL/L,助凝剂10 mL(0.1g/L),依次经过快搅拌(350 r/min)3 min,慢搅拌(50 r/min)15 min,沉降30 min后,能够起到很好的絮凝效果,助凝效果明显,絮体密实,沉降时间大大缩短,浊度去除率达到95%,化学需氧量(COD)去除率达到83%. The lignin's property is modified by Glutaraldehyde,then the lignin is reacted with the aldol condensation and self-grafting quaternary ammonium salt monomer.The modified lignin coagulant is obtained.The orthogonal test method is used to find the optimum production process.Through studying the effect of lignin coagulant on PFS flocculation,the best ratio and the best flocculation conditions are found.The results show that when the amount of PFS is 0.15 mL/ L,the coagulant is the 10 mL(0.1 g/L),if they are stired quickly(350 r/min) for 3 min,then stired slowly(50 r/min) for 15 min,finally settlement 30 min,the coagulant effect is obvious,flocculent body is close,settling time is shortened,the turbidity removal rate is up to 95%,COD removal rate is up to 83%.
