Improvement on End Axle Seal of Rotary Air Preheaters

针对回转式空气预热器上、下端轴铝密封装置在运行中存在的严重漏风、漏灰问题,分析了产生泄漏的原因,提出了将其端轴密封改成填料式密封装置,在实施改造后彻底解决了空气预热器端轴漏灰问题。

Aiming at the problems of serious air and ash leakage from both upper and lower aluminum end axle seal of a rotary air preheater,the cause of leakage has been analyzed and the packing seal has been proposed instead of the original end axle seal.The problem of ash leakage from the end axle of the air preheater has completely been solved after the improvement.
