摘要
为满足超超临界电站锅炉过热器、再热器的制造要求,宝山钢铁股份有限公司开展了07Cr25Ni21NbN(TP310HCbN/S31042)奥氏体耐热无缝钢管的研制。论述了该钢种的成分优化设计、生产工艺过程及性能评定,数据表明,所生产的产品技术指标和性能均符合GB 5310—2008及ASME SA-213标准要求。
In order to meet the fabrication requirements of the superheater and reheater used for the ultra supercritical boiler in a power plant,Baosteel began to develop 07Cr25Ni21NbN(TP310HCbN/S31042) austenitic heat-resistant seamless tubes.The optimized composition design,the fabrication process and the performance assessment of this kind of steel have been described.The data indicate that the echnical index and the property of the product have conformed to the requirements of GB 5310—2008 and ASME SA-213 standards.
