摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜与折刀位联合应用于Miles术的安全性及优势。方法回顾性总结我科2010年7月至2011年7月实施的腹腔镜直肠癌Miles术30例,手术先采用折刀位,完成会阴部手术,再行采用平卧位,完成腹腔内手术。结果手术均获得成功,无中转开腹,手术时间(1.5±0.3)h,术中出血量(80.1±20.0)ml,术后肠功能恢复时间(22.1±7.5)h,术后住院天数(6.1±2.2)d。随访3个月至今,患者生活质量良好。结论腹腔镜Miles术中应用折刀位安全可行,具有优势。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic Miles operation with fold position.Methods Review of thirty cases with laparoscopic Miles operation of rectal carcinoma from July 2010 to July 2011,the perianal operation was done firstly with fold position,and then,the laparoscopic operation was finished with supine position.Results All the surgery were done successfully with no conversion,the operate time was（1.5±0.3）h,the blood loss was（80.1±20.0）ml,the intestinal recovery ventilation time was（22.1±7.5）h,and postoperative day was（6.1±2.2）d.The follow-up time was three months until now,and all patients are having a good quality of life.Conclusion The laparoscopic Miles operation with fold position is safety and feasibility,and shows the superiority.
