摘要
目的对参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性作出评价。方法选取不稳定型心绞痛患者86例随机分为联合治疗组和常规治疗组。联合治疗组使用参芎葡萄糖注射液+常规治疗。观察两组治疗前后患者临床症状改善情况、心电图及实验室指标的变化。结果联合治疗组较常规治疗组患者心绞痛症状及心电图明显改善(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后血、尿常规,肝肾功能,血糖血脂,电解质均无明显变化。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,无毒副作用。
Objective To observe Shenxiong Glucose Injection in treating senile unstable angina pectoris curative effect and safety evaluation.Methods Selection of patients with unstable angina 86 cases randomly divided into treatment group and routine treatment group.The combined treatment group used of Shenxiong glucose injection and routine treatment.In two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with improvement of clinical symptom,electrocardiogram and laboratory indexes.Results The combined treatment group compared with the conventional treatment group of patients with symptoms of angina and ECG were significantly improved（P0.05）.The two groups before and after treatment,blood and urine routine,liver function,blood glucose and blood lipid,and electrolytes were not significantly changed.Conclusion Shenxiong Glucose Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris curative effect,no tonxic side effect.
