摘要糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus DM)眼部并发症主要包括视网膜病变、糖尿病黄斑水肿、并发性白内障、和玻璃体积血等。在发达国家,糖尿病黄斑水肿被认为是导致糖尿病患者视力下降甚至失明的首要原因。下面介绍关于几种玻璃体内药物给药系统的应用。
