电旋风干式烟气脱硫脱氮除尘一体化装置的脱除机理

Theoretical analysis of a Dry-Type Electrocyclonic Installation for Combined Removal of Dust,SO_2 and NO_x from Flue Gas

摘要 电晕放电等离子体烟气净化技术是公认的最有工业应用前途的技术之一。在"等离子体-催化协同技术"基础上,创新性的采用电晕放电结合水滑石类化合物作为吸附催化剂,提出了一种新型电旋风干式烟气脱硫脱氮除尘一体化装置。并介绍了相关技术的机理与研究进展,深入分析了该一体化装置对烟气中多种污染物脱除与协同脱除机理。 Corona discharge-induced plasma technology for flue gas purification is generally regarded as one of the most promising technologies of industrial application. Based on the "plasma-catalyst synergic technology", a new dry-type electrocyclonic installation that uses the innovative hydrotalcite-like compounds as additive for combined removal of dust, SO2 and NOx from flue gas is put forward. In addition, the mechanism and research progress of related technologies are introduced. And the removal mechanism and synergistic removal mechanism of various flue gas pollutants in the installation are deeply analyzed.
