摘要
某330 MW机组W火焰锅炉在试运初期汽包水位异常,水位测量值波动大且两侧水位值偏差大。经过对汽包水位取样系统处理、汽包内部给水分配管的检查处理,以及锅炉燃烧调整等综合措施,消除了汽包水位值波动大及两侧水位值偏差大的故障,锅炉可以正常、稳定运行。
A 330MW unit W flame boiler's drum level is abnormal during trial running period, the drum level fluctuates widely and the deviation between two sides' drum level is obvious. The drum level abnormity and deviation has been eliminated after dealing with the sampling system, the feed water dividing pipe in the drum and through boiler combustion regulation, and the boiler can be running smoothly.
