论检察机关诉讼监督机制之完善

On the Improvement of Prosecution's Lawsuit Supervision Mechanisms

以促进公正廉洁执法为目标,全面加强和改进诉讼监督工作,是全国检察机关深入推进三项重点工作的重要任务。诉讼监督的目标与现状,决定我国诉讼监督机制在诸多方面需要完善改进,方能适应形势变化,满足人民群众对司法的要求。针对当前相关诉讼环节存在的监督缺位问题,依托现有法律规定,探索检察机关诉讼监督机制创新途径,完善对侦查、审判等诉讼环节的有效监督。

It is the major part in further improving three key tasks for all prosecution offices to promote fair and honest law enforcement and to strengthen and improve the supervision of lawsuit.The target and current situation of lawsuit supervision calls for improvements in many aspects of China＇s system of lawsuit supervision to adapt to the changing of situation and meet people＇s requirements.To solve the problem of the absence of supervision in some stages of lawsuit and to improve the supervision of all steps of lawsuit,the authors explored innovative ways to improve the investigation,trial and other legal aspects of effective supervision relying on existing law.
