摘要
根据大量实测、水文整编数据,对2010年抚河特大洪水抚河流域洪水组合进行了分析,客观再现廖坊水库调度过程,得出了廖坊水库通过实时风险调度产生的防洪效益.
Based the measured data and hydrological compilation data and through analyzing the flood combination of Fuhe basin about Fuhe superflood in 2010,the dispatch course of Liaofang Reservoir is introduced in this paper.At last,the flood control benefit of Liaofang Reservoir is stated by the real-time risk dispatch.
